HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?
Estimated shipping delivery times:
EU: For orders shipped from our Europe location to a European destination, the average delivery time is 5-10 business days after fulfilment,
Keep in mind that on average orders shipped to EU destinations can be delivered even faster!
(EU orders shipped from our European location are also exempt from customs duties.)
USA: 3-5 business days.
Canada: 5-10 business days.
World: 10-20 business days.
International shipping: International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVED A PACKAGE WITH ONE PRODUCT IN IT!?!
If you purchased multiple items, we sometimes ship them separately so that they can get to you as fast as possible. You should receive your other items shortly and follow the individual tracking numbers for each product that was emailed to you.
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE AND WANT TO RETURN IT.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item.
If an item arrives damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
Please note: we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse after the order has been fulfilled unless we made a mistake with your order not due to you. We also do not accept size exchanges. Every product has a sizing guide which the customer should verify before placing the order. However, if we sent you the wrong size (not the size you ordered), we will send you a new order at no extra charge.

HOW CAN I MOVE FORWARD WITH A RETURN?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. The first step in getting a refund or exchange for your order is to contact us. Head over to our Contact Us page and email us from there with a brief explanation on why you need a return and your order number.
WHAT'S THAT FUNNY SMELL?
The DTG printing process can sometimes leave a vinegar-like odour on the printed item. Don't worry! The smell should go away on its own, but if it persists you can flip the shirt inside out and either wash it on cold then hang to dry or you can rinse the garment in cold water and hang it to dry!
